Born and raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina, Kyle grew up on his family's 600-acre farm spanning Lincoln County, where early lessons in hard work, responsibility, and entrepreneurship shaped his approach to business and client service.
A graduate of UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business (Go Niners) with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Management, Kyle's interest in real estate developed through business coursework, networking, and involvement in the local small-business community. He continues to invest in his education through advanced certifications, continuing education, and market training so his clients always benefit from up-to-date strategies and insight.
Beyond real estate, Kyle is deeply involved in the Lincoln County community. He serves on multiple local boards, including the Historic Preservation Commission of Lincoln County and the Lincoln Cultural Center, where he also acts as Secretary. Kyle has participated on grant committees that help fund local events, arts, and community initiatives, and he enjoys supporting concerts, art shows, and projects that keep Lincoln County vibrant. His work with the Historic Preservation Commission allows him to help protect and preserve the county's historic properties.
Today, Kyle helps buyers and sellers navigate residential, land, and investment transactions with a focus on strategy, education, and smooth execution. He is known for using market data, pricing trends, and local insight to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. His approach is built on clear communication, disciplined systems, and protecting his clients' financial interests, ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism and care from start to finish.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys taking walks, working outdoors in his flowerbeds, tackling DIY projects, traveling to the Blue Ridge Mountains, running, and exploring new places with his wife, Madison, their son, Lennox Rhodes, and their Aussiedor, Ryder.
